This is a hybrid role requiring associates to be in-office 3 days per week, with training onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and virtual Wednesday and Friday. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-6:30 PM, and candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in an automated customer service environment or equivalent background. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are mandatory, and candidates must pass a validated language test.
