The Culinary Lead will model and direct employees to meet customer service standards, deliver and hold employees accountable for exceptional cooking class experiences, contribute to a training environment, maintain equipment and workspaces, ensure food safety, provide coaching and performance feedback to culinary employees, increase cooking class and retail sales, anticipate and solve problems, stay informed about product knowledge and training, and partner with various departments as needed.
