Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations
Deepen customer relationships by listening to needs, asking questions, guiding to financial solutions, providing follow-up, and maintaining confidentiality
Be responsive and timely with customer correspondence
Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and maintain ethical behavior
Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to maintain efficient office operations
Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
Stay knowledgeable on bank policies, financial center procedures, and updates
Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, refer to Bankers and business partners
Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
Perform other duties as assigned
