Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
Refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations
Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs, asking questions, and guiding them to financial solutions
Provide follow-up to customer questions and find solutions to issues
Be responsive and timely with correspondence
Maintain confidentiality of customer business and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operation of the office
Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, correct outages, and enlist help as needed
Stay up to date on bank policies and financial center procedures
Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding by guidelines and procedures
Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, and refer to Bankers/business partners
Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services
Utilize tools for tracking referrals to personal bankers and business partners
Perform other duties as assigned
