Requirements

They should also exhibit excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies, and a proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas and journeys, supported by a diverse portfolio showcasing relevant UX design projects and CRO case studies.

Responsibilities

The CRO Strategist with UX Experience will design and implement comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies aligned with business goals and user needs, utilizing data analytics to inform decisions, create user-centered designs through interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, analyze user behavior patterns and pain points through session recordings and analytics to develop actionable insights, lead A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine strategies, present strategic insights and design concepts to stakeholders, conduct market research to identify optimization opportunities, and iteratively improve user experiences based on empirical data.
