Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand CRM system structures and trends within the industry. Leverage the unique characteristics of the gaming industry to assist in planning and developing new features for the overseas gaming CRM platform
  • Support the creation of product requirement documents and user stories, organize product roadmaps, and collaborate with R&D and testing teams to implement the products
  • Collaborate with product operations, data analysis, and data science teams to identify business service cases and transform data-driven insights into product features
  • Understand the overseas game publishing and operational processes, gather insights from business feedback, analyze data, and propose optimization suggestions for the product
