Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Salesforce implementation or consulting experience in Sales/Service/Experience cloud or any industry cloud (Level 11)
  • Tier-1 MBA (Level 11)
  • Salesforce Admin or Consultant certification required; AI certification a plus (Level 11)
  • Strong communication, PowerPoint, and Excel skills (Level 11)
  • Experience working with Salesforce across one or more clouds (Level 11)
  • Curiosity about AI and data-driven automation for customer interactions (Level 11)
  • Comfort leading workshops and turning business needs into user stories and process flows (Level 11)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to explain complex ideas simply (Level 11)
  • Good-to-have: familiarity with integrations (MuleSoft), ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP), reporting (Tableau CRM, Power BI) (Level 11)
  • 5–9 years of experience (Level 9)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and its AI features (Level 9)
  • Experience leading multi-cloud programs - Service, Sales, Marketing, or Experience Cloud (Level 9)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, clarify business goals, and drive consensus (Level 9)

Responsibilities

  • Level 11 (2-5 Years):
  • Partner with clients to translate business challenges into practical Salesforce plus AI solutions
  • Participate in workshops, gather requirements, and design customer journeys that leverage data and automation
  • Work with delivery teams to configure, test, and roll out multi-cloud solutions across Service, Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud
  • Present demos, insights, and recommendations that bring the story of Salesforce plus AI to life
  • Support pre-sales conversations, build proposals, and help estimate delivery effort
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, best-practice toolkits, and thought-leadership pieces
  • Level 9 (5-9 Years):
  • Lead discovery and design sessions to define the roadmap for multi-cloud Plus AI solutions
  • Translate customer experience goals into Salesforce capabilities that span Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud or Industry cloud
  • Design predictive and generative AI use cases - from personalized engagement to service automation
  • Oversee implementation teams and ensure alignment between business design and technical delivery
  • Support go-to-market efforts through client presentations, RFP responses, and demos
  • Coach Analysts and Associates to develop their consulting and AI skills
  • Level 7 (9-13 Years):
  • Define and lead large Salesforce multi-cloud Plus AI programs - from strategy and design to execution
  • Advise executive stakeholders on digital vision, operating model, and measurable business impact
  • Champion AI innovation – bringing AI, Data Cloud and automation accelerators into every engagement
  • Govern global delivery programs across multiple markets
  • Lead business development and thought-leadership efforts for Salesforce Plus AI in Accenture
  • Mentor future leaders and shape a high-performing consulting culture
