Responsibilities

  • Liderar evaluaciones end-to-end con clientes para identificar oportunidades de optimización y diseñar iniciativas avanzadas de CRM y Marketing Automation
  • Diseñar y orquestar journeys complejos utilizando plataformas como Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud u otras soluciones enterprise
  • Interpretar arquitecturas MarTech y CRM existentes y proponer evoluciones escalables incorporando soluciones modernas y capacidades de IA
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para traducir objetivos de negocio en soluciones técnicas accionables
