Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven, in-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform, and hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and Web Services integration. Strong knowledge of plugin development, custom workflow activities, and form scripting is required, as well as familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments.
The CRM Consultant will customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet user and business requirements, develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows to automate business processes, integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, Power Platform, Azure Services, and Data Connectors, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements, develop SSRS reports, dashboards, and data views within Dynamics CRM, perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for CRM components.
