The Creative Project Specialist will receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming design requests, allocating projects to appropriate designers based on skill sets and timelines. They will coordinate and manage individual projects, schedule meetings, create timelines, and ensure deadlines are met, while also serving as the primary point of contact between the creative team and internal clients. Additionally, the role involves vendor management, workflow optimization, and maintaining clear communication channels regarding project status and expectations.
