Candidates must possess a university degree in a life sciences field and at least 6 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience within a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation. A demonstrated understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements, along with medical/therapeutic area knowledge and terminology, is essential. Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills are also required, as is an excellent command of English and local languages.
The Clinical Research Associate will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, with the ability to conduct monitoring activities independently. They will thrive in multinational project teams, focusing on delivering exemplary customer service across multiple challenging projects, and will take ownership of their work within a collegiate environment.
