Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 6 years of clinical experience, preferably as a Critical Care Nurse
  • Advanced experience in Sales & Clinical Sales
  • Excellent Patient Monitoring Solutions product and connectivity understanding
  • Willingness to travel within the Northeast market
  • Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare market trends
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills with exceptional professional disposition and demeanor
  • Demonstrated successful experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.)
  • Awareness of and compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through clinical consulting, customer relationships, and educational support
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, and sales processes
  • Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish work
  • Understand how work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Make decisions within a defined framework, using prior experience and on-the-job training to solve tasks
  • Communicate with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
  • Complete all scheduled GE Learning, Quality & Compliance training
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns
