Requirements

Responsibilities

The Counsel will provide legal advice and support on commodity and energy trading, specifically focusing on US natural gas trading, drafting and reviewing trading agreements such as ISDAs and NAESBs, ensuring compliance with regulations including FERC and CFTC, assisting in the development of internal policies, supporting dispute resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current with industry trends and legal changes.
