Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior experience in fine dining as a Busser or Food Runner (preferred)
  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations (preferred)
  • Willing and able to work weekends and holidays (Fridays and Saturdays: 3:30pm-11:30pm, Sundays and Mondays: 3:30pm-10:30pm)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned tables and food and beverage stations, ensuring all equipment is clean and orderly
  • Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables, and supply tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments
  • Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed
  • Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with proper stock rotation
  • Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
  • Run food orders to guests as required by the department
