  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or project accounting, preferably within infrastructure, civil construction, or P3/Design-Build environments
  • Strong understanding of project cost structures, work breakdown systems, and financial reporting for multi-project operations
  • Proficient in Excel and cost control software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, or equivalent ERP/project systems)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and consolidate data from multiple project teams
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support financial and cost management activities across multiple infrastructure projects, primarily large-scale P3 and Design-Build initiatives
  • Focus on data collection, validation, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of project cost performance, commitments, and forecasts aligned with corporate and concession requirements
  • Consolidate cost information from several projects
  • Coordinate with project controls, procurement, and accounting teams to maintain consistency and transparency in reporting
  • Implement and monitor mechanisms for cost control and quality control for services provided by external suppliers in operational management of buildings and employee services
  • Track conformity of services provided by external suppliers with the contract
  • Apply penalties set forth in the SLA in contracts when needed
  • Advise on re-negotiation and renewal of contracts in force
  • Draw up and distribute a reporting system for activity control
