Responsibilities
The Corporate Trust Client Analyst II will oversee client relationships, making recommendations for routine internal business activities, assist account representatives in revenue generating activities, manage daily implementation of client strategies, foster client relationships with assigned client bases, resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner, manage relationships with internal and external service partners, develop and maintain industry knowledge, remain current on industry news, provide and maintain appropriate levels of controls, provide effective support of team members, identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management, and complete other related duties as assigned.
