Responsibilities
Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as lead generation and business development
Ownership and development of existing client relationships and cultivation of new relationships, including leading a portfolio of clients
Supporting senior team members and subject matter specialists in communication, marketing and delivery of a range of advisory and compliance services to clients
Dealing with HM Revenue and Customs on technical matters
Development of the technical and operational skill set of junior team members
Managing and overseeing compliance, reporting and advisory projects, with regards to managing client and statutory deadlines, billing requirements and delegating effectively to your team
Working effectively as part of a diverse, inclusive team, ensuring the smooth running of the business unit, in a culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service
