Candidates need 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years at a recruitment agency, experience with the full recruitment process for technical profiles using diverse sourcing methods, fluency in Dutch and English, and an understanding of cultural fit aligned with company values. International recruitment experience is a plus.
