Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with 8+ years of commercial transactional experience including procurement related agreements and a high level of attention to detail. Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and the ability to identify and analyze key issues is required, as well as demonstrated leadership, team-working, and team-building skills. A Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CCPM) is preferred.
The Corporate Contracts Manager will review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, SOWs, and technology/software licensing agreements, ensuring transaction terms comply with Company policies and risk tolerance. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinate internal approvals, draft legal assessments detailing contract terms and risk mitigation strategies, serve as lead support to business units, provide weekly status updates, and work independently to prioritize a high volume of transactions.
