Responsibilities

  • Assist VP, Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent voice and polished messaging across all materials (e.g., website, sales collateral, tradeshow materials) for GreatAmerica, IRH Capital, and future entities
  • Coordinate with Chief of Staff on communications from and for Executive Leadership Team and Senior Operating Team
  • Act as quality control on all internal and external communications
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategy aligning with business objectives
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute slides for Reach system at all GA locations, coordinating with GreatTomorrow team, community events, leadership, etc
  • Develop internal communications on monthly cadence, including creating, coordinating, writing, linking, and executing monthly newsletter
  • Serve as back-up for Incident Response Team and Business Continuity Planning, eventually assuming lead on both
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing insights for improvement
  • Serve as conduit for Marketing Communications Team to cross-promote, share content, and reduce duplicates
  • Act as primary marketing & communications point of contact for Platform Services, HR, and business support teams, developing and executing marketing plans for internal and external communication
  • Coordinate with SMDs to ensure consistency, collaboration, and quality of marketplace work
  • Shield executives from problematic publications by coordinating messaging with legal, leadership, and trade publications
  • Foster relationships with industry associations (e.g., Monitor, ELFA, NEFA) and media outlets, staying current on editorial calendars with help from Strategic Marketing Directors
  • Coordinate with Director, Digital Marketing and Content Marketing Team for proactive SEO backlinks
