Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in an advanced technical support role and fluent English, both written and verbal. Required skills include expertise in Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, networking (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf), virtualization (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, Virtuozzo), and business applications (MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, NTP servers). RedHat/Linux Foundation, Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus. Strong communication skills, customer service focus, a passion for troubleshooting, and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Cloud Expert Support Engineer will act as the final escalation point for complex incidents related to Acronis products and services, troubleshooting advanced issues escalated from other support levels. They will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborate with Engineering and Business departments to resolve technical issues. This role involves training and mentoring junior team members, developing documentation and knowledge base articles, and staying up-to-date on industry trends in cloud, storage, virtualization, and business applications.
