Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including AP/AR, cash receipts, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and fixed asset reconciliations
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual reviews with external CPA firms
  • Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns, annual W-2s, and 1099s
  • Oversee annual business and medical insurance renewals
  • Collaborate with the CFO and external firms for annual audits (workers comp and 401k)
