Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk throughout the studio. They must also be willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to initiate tasks without direction. Previous sales experience (1 year preferred) and MBO experience (preferred) are also required.
The Core Crew member will generate sales, promote the studio, deliver a positive client experience with professionalism and patience, bring the CORE client experience acronym to life by connecting, opening up connections, recognizing efforts, and educating, interact with clients and address their needs, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform routine client-facing system tasks such as account set-up and scheduling, assist with daily operations including keeping the studio clean and communicating studio issues and events, address maintenance issues, follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.
