Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. They should also have at least one year of sales experience, MBO experience, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand, along with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
The Core Crew member will be responsible for providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience to clients with professionalism and patience. This includes connecting with clients, opening up connections to the community, recognizing efforts, educating about offers, and thanking them for coming, as well as regularly interacting with clients, obtaining and addressing information on their needs and satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, performing routine system tasks, assisting with daily operations, communicating studio issues and events, following up with client lists, responding to client emails, and alerting coaches about client milestones. They will also address maintenance issues and follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quota.
