Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school education, with some college preferred, and demonstrate at least one year of sales experience, along with preferred MBO experience. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and careful attention to detail, and be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction. The ability to stand for long durations of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours is also required, alongside a passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.

Responsibilities

The Core Crew member will perform routine client-facing system tasks such as new account set-up, scheduling, and package purchases, tour prospective clients through the facility, explain the [solidcore] workout, demo the workout, regularly interact with clients to assess their needs and address concerns, maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, assist with daily operations including keeping the studio clean and communicating studio issues, notify Studio Manager and/or member of studio management team of complaints, address maintenance issues, and lead outreach and marketing efforts during approved times.
