Candidates should possess a high school education, some college preferred, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to stand for long durations of time. One year of sales experience is preferred, along with MBO experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Core Crew member will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, generating sales, promoting the studio, and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience. They will be responsible for bringing the CORE acronym to life by connecting with clients, opening up connections, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers, as well as regularly interacting with clients, obtaining information on their needs and satisfaction, and responding to requests. Core Crew members will maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, perform client-facing system tasks, assist with daily operations, notify management of complaints, and follow up with client lists to meet sales quotas. They will also address maintenance issues, respond to client emails, and alert coaches about client milestones.
