Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple renovation, new store, relocation, and expansion projects, ensuring activities are within pre-specified budget hours and company standards
  • Ensure success of daily on-site operations by directing and informing team members (8–20 people) to unload merchandise and fixtures, and properly install store fixturing and merchandise schematic/flow sets
  • Meet and exceed project scorecard standards and district management expectations
  • Provide timely reports to District Managers and Store Display Managers regarding project status
  • Partner with and support other Store Display Coordinators
  • Oversee all post-renovation/post-opening/post-relocation and expansion punchlists by partnering with business owners
  • Maintain a safe working environment at job sites
  • Implement new procedures, best practices, useful tools, and efficiencies for all projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Travel to all project sites to ensure accuracy and proper completion
  • Other duties as assigned
