Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing, with a focus on Influencer Marketing
  • Proven experience managing 360° campaigns with strong digital expertise
  • Regional or cross-country experience in LATAM is a plus, with understanding of diverse consumer behaviors
  • Experience working in an influencer agency is highly desirable
  • Experience in marketing coordination, preferably in consumer products or entertainment
  • Knowledge of Canva, Keynote, Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines across diverse projects
  • Advanced English required for cross-regional meetings

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate Marketing teams across CSA agencies (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Central America & Caribbean) to implement Marketing initiatives according to Mickey, Stitch and Pixar franchises’ key beats, ensuring strategy and tactics on campaign’s implementations are aligned with global / regional guidelines and business needs, with ROI mindset
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, building strong relationships with key creators aligned with the brand
  • Lead innovative content creation and stay ahead of digital trends to inspire engagement
  • Provide Marketing approvals, such as reviewing print, online materials, retail arts, influencers, among others, according to guidelines
  • Consolidate countries information and create presentations and reports periodically
  • Support the Marketing Manager ensuring Marketing strategies and tactics to promote Consumer Products, Games & Publishing are aligned in Caribbean, Southern and Andean countries, according to regional & global guidelines and strategies
  • Partner with local agencies in 6 territories and internally: CSA Marketing, Business and Finance teams, in addition to regional Marketing teams
