Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and adjust daily/weekly livehaul schedules to meet plant processing volumes and animal welfare standards
Communicate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Track and report livehaul performance metrics including delays, incidents, and compliance issues
Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules
Support planning for fleet replacements, upgrades, and reassignments
Maintain accurate records of vehicle hours, mileage, and service history
Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to minimize downtime and ensure readiness
Assist in developing and implementing transportation SOPs and contingency plans
Support data collection and reporting for CER packages and operational reviews
Liaise with internal departments including safety and planning
