Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists associates and visitors entering the lobby by assessing needs, directing to appropriate locations, and contacting associates or non-associates (e.g., vendors, contractors) to announce arrivals and deliveries
  • Manages visitor check-in and check-out processes by confirming procedures, monitoring badge processes, verifying picture identification, ensuring approval before access, and informing visitors of expectations
  • Identifies emergency situations, communicates them, determines priorities of action, attempts to escalate or de-escalate, and assists corporate security in executing evacuations
  • Supports and implements emergency processes for uninvited guests, catastrophic events, and evacuations
  • Provides office and clerical support by answering and transferring calls, and creating/maintaining contact lists for associates and non-associates (e.g., facility maintenance)
  • Schedules and maintains equipment and meeting/break rooms by managing calendars, turning off lights, organizing furniture, ensuring equipment works, and coordinating sign-out/sign-in of supplies for asset security
