Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support to the COO and Global Insurance Manager in implementing the Santander Insurance strategy
  • Definition of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Insurance Business at a global level, including governance of companies participated by Santander Insurance Holding
  • Creation of dashboards for tracking strategic Insurance projects, with the launch of a global PMO for their monitoring
  • Support to the COO and General Director of Santander Insurance in coordinating the Board of Directors and its Committees (preparation of presentations, follow-up of action tracker, Forward Looking Agenda, etc.)
  • Participate in control and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal policies and insurance sector regulations
  • Collaborate with international teams, facilitating communication and exchange of best practices within the Group
