Requirements

  • Economics education at university level (högskolenivå)
  • Experience of budget work, margin, and profitability follow-up (required for the temporary position)
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably from FMCG, retail, or other transaction-intensive businesses
  • Experience from similar responsibilities and tasks, and business-to-business environments
  • Technical interest and solid understanding of financial systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (experience with Tableau meritorious)
  • Ability to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
  • Proactive, service-minded, with strategic thinking
  • Documented ability to quickly get into work tasks
  • Business-oriented interest and curiosity about Menigo's business model
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with colleagues across functions

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan the budget process together with the manager
  • Perform sales and margin analyses and provide supporting data, identify and follow up on activities for improved profitability
  • Update and monitor key performance indicators, with analysis, conclusions, and follow-up on activities to achieve set goals
  • Support the business with questions related to sales and margins for the group's customer segments and translate questions into solutions
  • Prepare and compile sales and profit forecasts
  • Act as super-user and user support for the budget system, Planacy
  • Follow and analyze sales and margin development with support from manager and colleagues
