Responsibilities

  • Animer et coordonner le process de planification (Budget / Reforecast / LO)
  • Préparer et coordonner des Business review avec le Management local / la Région
  • Bâtir l'évaluation financière de projets pour soutenir les décisions de la Franchise (en lien avec les Head Franchise, Marketing, Field Force, KAM, Services Clients)
  • Analyser les aspects commerciaux de l'entreprise (rabais et autres déductions des ventes - Brut à Net) / Analyser les ventes par comptes clés (Key Accounts) / Participer à la politique commerciale en lien étroit avec la Franchise
  • Analyser et contrôler les coûts opérationnels, formuler des recommandations basées sur des analyses financières rigoureuses et soutenir leur mise en œuvre
  • Garantir la conformité du P&L vs normes et politique Alcon (structure analytique, Alcon Controller Manual, SOX-AFCM)
  • Développer des analyses transversales Alcon France en lien avec les équipes comptables et support (Masse Salariale, Fonctions)
  • Coordonner pour la France les Projets Région / Global (outils, process ...) cross franchises
  • Créer un environnement où l'information est partagée, remonter pro-activement les risques et opportunités et proposer des mesures correctives
  • Contribuer à la productivité, la rentabilité et le succès d’Alcon
