Contract Specialist

Position Overview

Experian Health is seeking a Contract Specialist to provide essential support to the Legal and Contracting department. This role will focus on the drafting, revision, and finalization of customer contracts.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide contract drafting and editing of customer agreements.
• Conduct negotiation calls with customers or other third parties.
• Help create new contract templates.
• Draft and update reports and the contracting database.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to exceed goals.
• Conduct research.

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal, contracting process, and negotiating experience.
• 2+ years of contracting experience within the healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of experience with APTTUS.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, revision, and finalization of customer contracts.
• Negotiating contract terms with customers and third parties.
• Developing and updating contract templates.
• Maintaining and updating the contracting database and relevant reports.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Sales and Finance.

Compensation: Our compensation is competitive and reflects various U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for variable pay opportunities.
