Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years contract experience
  • Knowledge of PBM business/operations preferred
  • Experience in redlining documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion
  • Prior contracting experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge on contracting terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple departments and individuals
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the intent surrounding the contract negotiation process is accurately reflected in the final document
  • Work with the Zinc Trade team and mid- to large- sized pharmaceutical manufacturers on contracts for Rebates Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Settlement Agreements
  • Contract generation
  • Red-lining
  • Tracking
  • Preparation of contractual documents for signature
  • Finalizing Zinc Health Services negotiated Rebate Agreements
  • Ensure contracts accurately reflect Zinc Health Services’ current business strategies
  • Obtain approval from all respective business units, in accordance with the Contract Review and Approval Process SOP and all current regulatory requirements
