Senior Contracts Manager/Counsel

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of contract administration and/or management experience in the Space and/or Aerospace & Defense industries, along with 3+ years of direct management of government contracts of various types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, OT, LSA, MSA, etc.).
The Contracts Manager I will negotiate and administer government contracts, commercial contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and IP licenses, in partnership with Legal and Contracts leadership to draft and negotiate master service agreements, master supply agreements, and launch services agreements, analyze model contract terms and conditions, serve as the primary customer interface for contractual compliance matters, assist the program and business development teams in proposal review and preparation, create and maintain contract and business files, and establish and maintain excellent relationships with Government and other customer counterparts.
