  • Maintaining an automated tracking system
  • Creating standard documents and adding optional paragraphs or benefit options for manuals using approved language
  • Conducting basic research to determine the legal names of groups, types of benefits, necessary rating mechanisms, and the group’s status at the time of request
  • Maintaining automated status logs
  • Preparing monthly and periodic reports
  • Managing related contract files
  • Setting up groups for future contract documents
  • Responding to queries from plan personnel or groups about the status of documents and providing answers on contracts and amendments
