Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Producer will assist the Principal Franchise Producer for Marathon's marketing team in all aspects of planning and execution. This includes supporting day-to-day marketing activities, liaising with multiple departments to ensure efficient plan execution, and documenting and communicating key marketing plans and decisions. Responsibilities also involve building and maintaining marketing records, collaborating with various teams to centralize reference materials, scheduling and coordinating meetings for seasonal and marcom planning, and supporting identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks. The role includes troubleshooting communication and workflow problems, ensuring timely communication of relevant issues to marketing leads, and organizing feedback from multiple parties for content review.
