Candidates should possess 5 or more years of industry experience managing a passionate gaming community, demonstrating excellence in both written and verbal communication for public and internal audiences, and experience leading or managing teams. Flexibility with scheduling to accommodate international collaboration or urgent live service needs is also required.
The Senior Community Manager will partner with developers as a community expert to improve player experience and respond to feedback, manage and mentor community team members, coordinate team engagement in development playtests, develop strategies to support marketing assets, translate and quality control marketing content, collaborate with international team members, deliver data-informed reports on community sentiment, source and analyze player feedback, draft relevant communications, and create community-driven campaigns and activations to engage players.
Develops and supports video games
