Experience with contract review, data validation, or metadata management preferred
Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-powered data extraction tools a strong advantage
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Review and analyze contracts processed by an AI extraction tool to validate data accuracy
Compare extracted metadata (e.g., party names, dates, terms, obligations, renewal clauses) against source documents
Correct and refine extracted data where necessary to ensure high-quality metadata output
Collaborate with the Legal Operations and CLM teams to ensure data is entered accurately into the CLM platform
Identify recurring extraction issues and provide feedback to improve AI tool performance
Maintain organized documentation of reviewed contracts and validation outcomes
Support the broader contract data migration and cleanup initiative
