Requirements

  • Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-powered data extraction tools a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze contracts processed by an AI extraction tool to validate data accuracy
  • Compare extracted metadata (e.g., party names, dates, terms, obligations, renewal clauses) against source documents
  • Correct and refine extracted data where necessary to ensure high-quality metadata output
  • Collaborate with the Legal Operations and CLM teams to ensure data is entered accurately into the CLM platform
  • Identify recurring extraction issues and provide feedback to improve AI tool performance
  • Maintain organized documentation of reviewed contracts and validation outcomes
  • Support the broader contract data migration and cleanup initiative
