Requirements

Candidates must possess Rapid Responder, Master Mentor, or Power User certifications, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization. They should be a complete problem solver capable of integrating and streamlining site-wide systems for optimal benefit, and possess excellent communication skills, including solid written, oral, and presentation-giving abilities. A broad knowledge of multi-functional processes and financial business methods is also required, along with high ethical standards and creative problem-solving skills, organizational, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

The Continuous Improvement Specialist I will lead and collaborate with functional teams to streamline processes, enhancing the customer experience, enabling growth, retaining colleagues, and increasing efficiency. They will nurture a proactive culture of ongoing enhancement to elevate important metrics in customer, finance, people, and quality areas, and provide input to the productivity funnel while meeting productivity expectations. This role involves training, coaching, and following up with teams to ensure system improvements are sustained, independently managing processes, working closely with the site PPI steering committee, supporting rapid responder teams, assisting teams in identifying new projects, leading Kaizens, facilitating events, and mentoring others. They will also collaborate with the PPI Network to develop, promote, standardize, and share standard methodologies.
