Responsibilities

Support Operational Excellence initiatives across their home site
Support PSOE deployments in home site
Lead and support continuous projects applying lean and six sigma tools and processes
Support Site BEST Program engagement
Support Site Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact
Support site Operational Excellence processes, metrics, and any associated tools ensuring standard work alignment
Identify and deploy Kaizen
Ensure 6S deployment and alignment
Lead Operational Excellence shopfloor activities with C.I. Eng I and the OpEx Technician staff with line re-configurations as required
