Quality Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, and ideally have 1-3 years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and tools is preferred, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer I will collaborate with cross-functional Value Stream teams to design, develop, standardize, and implement operations methods aimed at continuously improving manufacturing system performance. They will contribute to productivity, quality, process efficiency, space utilization, and lead time improvement efforts, while supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC problem-solving initiatives. Additionally, this role will assist in incorporating Lean tools like 5S, time study, and standard work into daily operations and will support all company initiatives as directed by management.
