Position Overview

The Trial Manager will support potential and existing clients in maximizing their effective use of the contentmarketing.ai product. The primary objective is to ensure trial organizations fully engage with contentmarketing.ai, understanding its benefits and capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Trial Preparation

• Review initial sales demonstrations to understand client drivers and areas of interest.
• Prepare sample content items for clients from a provided list of templates before the trial begins.

2. User Training

• Conduct user training sessions for staff members assessing contentmarketing.ai.
• Showcase the product's potential and guide users through specific activities.
• Encourage users to perform specific actions during the trial by demonstrating pre-created content.

3. Trial Engagement and Support

• Regularly check in with core trialists to ensure they are maximizing their use of the system and encourage exploration.
• Respond to user inquiries regarding the effective use of contentmarketing.ai.

4. Trial Reports

• Write concise reports summarizing each trial experience for the Business Development Executive before client follow-up.

5. Wider Customer and Commercial Support

• Assist permanent clients with their use of the contentmarketing.ai product.
• Occasionally attend trade shows to support the company's promotional booth.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong, clear, and positive communication skills.
• Ability to operate fully independently and self-sufficiently.
• Passion for assisting clients in generating great content.
• Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges in an entrepreneurial, small business environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 per year.
• Commission: Earn commission equivalent to one-sixth of the monthly subscription value for each trial that converts to a contracted client.
• Holiday: 22 days of holiday per year, plus statutory bank holidays.
