What We're Looking For

Embarking on an exciting creative journey, we are in search of a talented Content Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of captivating video, text, and audio content.

Challenges You'll Meet

  • Content Creation: Planning, shooting, and editing video/text/audio content.
  • Content Contractor Management: Administering a database of contractors for creating various types of content.
  • Video Content Strategy: Developing strategies for video content, defining themes, formats, and styles that align with the needs and interests of the target audience and product needs.
  • Shooting Planning and Organization: Managing the shooting calendar.
  • Content Quality Assessment: Assessing content quality at all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Analyzing the effectiveness of video content and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with product, marketing, content, design, and other departments to ensure that content aligns with the company's strategy and business goals.
  • Research and Innovation: Conducting research on trends and developing innovative ideas.
  • Process Optimization: Optimizing processes, documenting them, and maintaining documentation.

Your Key Goals Will Be

  • Tasks completion in estimated deadlines.
  • High-quality, up-to-date, scientifically-proven content based on user needs and trends.
  • Uniform contractors' load + team satisfaction & productivity level.

Your Professional Qualities

  • Experience in working with different content formats.
  • Content performance analysis (YouTube, Meta etc.).
  • Experience in market, user behavior, and content results analysis using relevant tools.
  • Strong experience in content creation.
  • Strong experience in video content creation and adapting to different platforms.
  • Writing and storytelling skills.
  • Aesthetics and trendiness in terms of content.
  • Creativity.
