Responsibilities
The Content Moderator will diligently monitor and filter content, including text, images, and videos, to protect gamers from harmful material such as harassment, hate speech, and unnecessary violence, creating a safe and positive gaming environment. They will collaborate with internal teams, address project-related requests, and maintain seamless communication channels, audit and assess interactions, ensuring accurate ratings, and compile and report trends for process enhancements. Additionally, they will actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, identify errors and inconsistencies, and maintain adherence to established procedures and protocols.
