Responsibilities

  • Attending regular meetings to map out and document future “how to” state
  • Initiating and conducting research to develop process documents and detailed help guides
  • Updating and maintaining documentation when changes or improvements are implemented
  • Maintaining knowledge repositories and processes that facilitate capturing critical information
  • Promoting knowledge management best practices and adoption of new tools and resources
  • Partnering with management to identify process improvements
  • Transforming complex, technical material into clear and concise documentation for target audience to perform job tasks
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to fully understand tasks
  • Partnering with leadership to define, build, and maintain a future knowledge management system
  • Working closely with internal partners to develop, capture, and organize content artifacts including technical help guides and procedures
