Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, communications, and content marketing roles, preferably in a high-growth or dynamic environment
  • Strategic understanding of audience needs and ability to identify necessary content to tell their story, aligned with business goals
  • Passion for developing and executing content strategies that attract and convert prospects into engaged customers
  • Strong familiarity with SEO best practices to drive measurable business results
  • Customer-focused, using audience and market research to understand needs and inform content recommendations and messages
  • Adapts thinking across the full customer journey (awareness to consideration and conversion)
  • Leverages data to tell compelling stories, uncover insights, and identify opportunities
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively, tailoring messages for different audiences and stakeholders
  • Excels as a collaborative team player, fostering partnerships internally and externally
  • Experience managing agency relationships, including briefing, reviewing, and providing actionable feedback
  • Manages project details, deadlines, and shifting priorities with accuracy and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely development of long-form content creation (net new or updated), including eBooks, blogs, web pages, email nurtures, interactive infographics, and more
  • Collaborate across teams (product, design, colleagues, agencies) to brainstorm ideas, develop content, and ensure strategic alignment
  • Develop intriguing snackable/promotable materials driving to longer-form content
  • Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all content deliverables and platforms
  • Improve written content’s visibility by aligning with established SEO and AEO strategies
  • Work across event and field marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging (mostly emails, nurtures, event landing page copy)
  • Work closely with key business portfolios to ensure regular and timely website updates
  • Manage and keep current the content inventory across all Entrust available content (in a shareable format)
  • Ensure proper distribution of long-form content once published/live
  • Work with the analytics team to understand what content is moving the needle
