  • Build and own Ashby's strategy for showing up in recruiting-focused Reddit communities
  • Define engagement tone, manage the u/Ashby account, launch the r/Ashby subreddit, and ensure a consistent, credible, and transparent voice
  • Monitor mentions and trends with AI tools, respond thoughtfully to misinformation, and foster authentic discussion
  • Grow and energize the Recruiting Operations Slack Community
  • Evolve the existing RecOps Slack group into a vibrant and active space
  • Develop and launch resources and initiatives to support the industry
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to surface insights and inform strategy
