Requirements

Candidates must have experience creating content for brands, media, or agencies, preferably for a creative company. A strong portfolio of video and social content across platforms is required, along with proficiency in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut, and basic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva. Experience capturing video/photo content using a DSLR or iPhone, including tripod and mic knowledge, is a plus. Excellent writing and interviewing skills are essential, as is a keen sense of online trends and the ability to adapt them for the brand. A self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including micro-videos, Reels, static posts, and carousels. They will capture and produce high-quality video/photo content on set and in-studio to showcase projects and the creative process. Responsibilities also include conducting interviews with team members for behind-the-scenes content, writing engaging thought leadership pieces, project recaps, and cultural commentary, and supporting content strategy by ideating and planning a content calendar. Additionally, the role involves editing longer videos into shareable social content with strong hooks and captions, and staying up-to-date on platform trends to make them relevant to Thinkingbox.
